Dr. Swaminathan Ramesh is an entrepreneur and a research scientist in Polymer and Organic Chemistries with more than 60 patents (US, International) and many peer-reviewed scientific papers. He has +30 years of Technical and Start-up experience.
He is a partner in GEC2 Solutions, LLC (2010 – present), Founder and CEO of Advanced Technologies of Michigan, Inc. (1992 – present), Founder and CEO of Global Energy Conversions, LLC (2006 – present) and Founder and CEO of Solarflex, LLC (2008 – present). He was engaged in various Research and Development activities with BASF (1983 – 2005) and worked as a contract chemist at the USEPA laboratories, Chicago (1980 – 1983).
His research interests are in developing alternative energy products and processes.
